Australia's first Costco Wholesale opened in Melbourne in August 2009. In conjunction with Ace Landscape Services, Ace Civil Services undertook the following works :
- Laying of 2500m2 of decorative concrete, construction of decorative concrete seats and installation of bike racks, skate deterrents and bollards on main entrance ramp
- Construction of Observation Drive including drainage and installation of precast kerbs
- Preparation of subgrade and laying of 20,000m2 of asphalt pavements including undercover carpark
- Placing of 3500m2 of basalt and granite boulders and rock mulch
- Drainage including installation of drainage web, geotextiles and biorentention gardens
- Installation of seats, bollards, bike racks on main entrance ramp
- Construction and waterproofing of roof garden
- All soft landscaping
