Visy Park, home to the Carlton Football Club, was officially reopened after a $19.5m redevelopment in June 2010.  Over the years the park has undergone several name changes and has been home to various other football teams including Hawthorn, Western Bulldogs, Fitzroy and South Melbourne.  Work on the redevelopment commenced in 2008 and one of the key aims of the project was to create a sports community hub within the Princes Park precinct, which incorporates a mix of community and club facilities.  Ace Civil Services was part of the redevelopment team of subcontractors at Visy Park and the scope of works included:
