Ace Environmental Services participated in the Bushfire Clean Up Works as a result of the Black Saturday Bushfires that occurred in February 2009 at some 160 properties located in East Kilmore, Clonbinane, Wandong, Upper Plenty, Strath Creek, Sunday Creek and Steels Creek. Works included: s
- Removing and disposing contaminated bushfire waste containing asbestos and other hazardous materials.
- Tree lopping/mulching
- Ferrous and non ferrous metals recovery
- Septic tank removal
- Community engagement with residents addressing their individual needs associated with their sites.
- Undertaking discovery of works, on behalf of property owners, for recovery of items of sentimental value.
