The $14 million co-educational school at Monash University’s Clyde Rd campus took in 200 of the brightest year 9 students from the south east when it opened in 2010 and is named after one of Victoria’s leading scientists, Sir Gustav Nossal. Ace Landscape Services and Ace Civil Services were awarded the civil and landscaping package in a single contract which included the following works:
- Bulk excavation
- Drainage
- Installation of 2500m2 of Urbanstone Pavers
- Construction of basketball/tennis court including plexipave surfacing, linemarking, fencing and accessories
- Construction of concrete and timber seating with gabion cage bases
- Soft landscaping including planting
