Project Planning System

ACE contractors have an extensive estimating, project planning and contract administration department.

ACE has 5 full time estimators supplemented by field staff as and when available. This enables ACE to submit in excess of 450 fully detailed estimates every year. Each estimate is broken down into its constituent components enabling clients to quickly and accurately compare our tender with others on an "apples with apples" basis.

All projects are tracked on a daily basis through our purchasing system. This system enables us to know exactly how much we are committed to spend on any item of any project as soon as an order is placed.

By having a dedicated purchasing officer in our office, and in consideration of our rock solid financial position, we are able to purchase at the most competitive rates available in the market.

Ace has the latest software infrastructure to enable efficient programming of future works. ACE machinery is fitted with the latest laser and GPS technology to enable us to carry out your project with the upmost efficiency.
