Park House Civils and Hard Landscaping

ACE were engaged by ICON to undertake civil and landscaping works on the Park House project, located on the banks of Yarra River in Abbotsford. ACE was appointed as a one-stop-solution contractor with the capacity to undertake VicRoads roadworks, Melbourne Water outlet works and internal hard and soft landscaping.

ACE’s scope of works included:

• Upgrade & remodel of the Victoria/Burnley Street intersection
• Construction of new footpath for the City of Yarra
• Melbourne Water rock outfall into the Yarra River
• Riverwalk detailed earthworks, gabion walls and shared user path
• Concrete driveways and bluestone and granite paving
• Soft landscaping
