VicTrack engaged ACE Infrastructure as the head contractor to design and construct new and upgraded commuter parking at five regional V/Line stations. Delivered as part of the Victorian Government’s Car parks for commuters Program, the multi-site project successfully added 380 new car parking bays to improve public transport accessibility across regional Victoria. ACE managed the end-to-end design and civil construction at Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Kyneton, Beaufort, and North Shore stations, integrating critical DDA-compliant accessibility, security infrastructure, and landscaping. - Delivered 380 new commuter parking bays across five regional rail stations.
- Constructed 200 bays at North Shore Station to support high-patronage regional transit.
- Built 100 total bays across Gisborne and Riddells Creek stations on the Bendigo Line.
- Added 80 total bays across Kyneton and Beaufort stations to improve regional commuter networks.
- Integrated DDA-compliant accessible spaces across all five station sites.
- Executed full civil pavement works from subgrade improvement to final asphalt layout.
- Upgraded site-wide security with new public lighting and advanced CCTV surveillance networks.
- Installed dedicated Communications Equipment Room (CER) Huts for network integration.
- Managed complete civil drainage works including stormwater and subsoil drainage networks.
- Completed final public space finishes including wayfinding signage, protective bollards, and landscaping.
