ACE is making exciting progress at the Caulfield Racecourse Project.
The completed project will feature tunnels and an arena-like concourse for horses and stables.
Our scope of works includes the bulk dig, capping beam on top of the piles, and shotcrete basement walls with drainage, landscaping, including paving, turf and asphalt which will be completed at the conclusion of the project.
Construction of the project began in December 2022 and is expected to be finished mid 2024.
This is a great example of ACE’s Civil & Landscaping divisions working together to deliver parallel contracts for the benefit of client, project and subcontractors.
