🙋 How do we #InspireInclusion at ACE?
For International Women’s Day 2024, we hosted a panel discussion and afternoon tea at ACE HQ to discuss this year’s theme.
Topics included what we think inclusion looks like, what the journey has been for team members earlier and later into their careers, and what each of us can do to make our workplaces more inclusive.
One way to promote inclusivity is by engaging the services of like-minded businesses, and for this event, we had Waverley Social Enterprise look after the catering – they’re a social enterprise that supports people living with disabilities, and they did an incredible job. The food was delicious!
