- All bulk excavation & construction of all internal , perimeter Roads & Carpark
- Southern service road works
- All hard landscaping works
- Supply and install of all PAS rated bollards and signage as nominated on civil drawings
- All road and pavement markings as nominated on civil and traffic drawings
