This project involved the construction of a carpark, surrounding pavements and shaping of natural surfaces around Whitehorse City Council’s new highly accessible, flexible and contemporary performing arts centre that will provide an array of arts and cultural opportunities for the local community to enjoy.
To create a unique look, two different exposed aggregate mixes and a resin-bonded pavement were used to construct the multiple access points from the surrounding areas to the new building.
