To support the rapidly growing community of Tarneit, ACE was engaged to design and construct a brand-new Active Open Space at the Polly Parade Reserve. This major recreational development provides local residents with access to a vastly expanded range of socialization, sporting, and fitness options. ACE managed the delivery from initial landscape and infrastructure design through to final execution, creating a premium regional hub for grassroots sports.

- Tactical Logistics Solved: Overcame a 10,000-tonne sand rootzone procurement bottleneck by accelerating the post-Christmas return, compressing a high-risk delivery schedule into a seamless 10-day window.
- Complete Utility Integration: Energized the reserve by connecting all vital public utilities, including electricity, sewerage, and eco-friendly recycled water infrastructure.
